A very flat and very popular half marathon through the streets of Manchester.

The details

This popular half marathon sees runners take on generous, closed roads across the towns of Old Trafford, Stretford & Brooklands, with the promise of great support and an abundance of entertainment en route.

The Manchester Half Marathon hosts a very flat course, perfect for smashing personal bests but also the ideal route for those new to half marathons and charity runners. There is a lovely 2-mile flat finish that brings you to the conclusion of the event at Emirates Old Trafford Lancashire County Cricket Club.

Register with a fundraising place

Pay a £50 registration fee and agree to raise at least £300 for Dravet Syndrome UK.

We’ll require you to have set up your JustGiving page and begin your fundraising before the entry deadline of 4th August 2026.

You'll pay the full cost of your entry (£130) and you won't have a minimum fundraising target to aim for, but we’ll be pleased to receive any donations you raise.
