Every Day in May for Dravet returns for 2026

Every Day in May for Dravet 2026 registrations are now open and we are inviting our supporters across the UK to take part and raise vital funds and awareness for Dravet Syndrome UK. Our much‑loved challenge returns for its sixth year, after growing from just 40 participants in 2021 to almost 500 adults and children taking part last year.

What the challenge involves

Every Day in May for Dravet asks participants to move 5km or 2km every single day throughout May by walking, running, cycling or swimming. The challenge is fully flexible, so you can take part wherever and whenever suits you and even mix up your activities across the month.Whether you go solo, rally friends and family, or enter as a workplace or school team.

Every Day in May for Dravet was first created in 2021 by supporter Tamara “Tats” Ward, inspired by her nephew Dominic who lives with Dravet Syndrome. Since then, the campaign has raised over £500,000 in total, helping Dravet Syndrome UK fund more family support, professional education and research.

How we will support you

Everyone who signs up will be part of a motivated community, with WhatsApp groups and Spotify playlists to help keep you going on tough days. Fundraisers also receive tools such as social media graphics, logos and suggested wording to help promote their challenge and maximise donations.
