How to Nominate
Nominations are now open for families living with Dravet Syndrome, their friends, and wider networks to enter a deserving professional. If you know a professional in the UK who has gone above and beyond, we invite you to nominate them using our short online nomination form by Sunday 31 August. Finalists will be announced during September 2025 and the winners will announced at Dravet Syndrome UK’s Professionals Conference on Friday 14 November 2025. Submit your nomination today!
