DSUK 2021 Conference - Parent/Carer Day

This year, our Parent/Carer Conference will take place from 8.50am-4.10pm on Saturday 20th November at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham. We will also be live-streaming the conference to enable parents/carers to attend virtually.

About the DSUK Parent/Carer Day conference

As Dravet Syndrome is such a complex condition affecting so many areas of life, we host a Parent/Carer Conference every two years, with the aim of providing parents and carers of children and adults living with Dravet Syndrome an opportunity to hear from leading professionals, to connect with other families, and to promote a sense of unity, purpose and knowledge within our community.

The conference covers the latest information about Dravet Syndrome and also provides expert guidance on the practical aspects of living with Dravet Syndrome. Click here to view the agenda. Note that virtual attendees will not be able to join the afternoon break-out sessions, which are in-person only.

From learning about family rights, to discovering insights about the latest research and treatments; from asking experts your burning questions to sharing experiences with other families - our conference provides a friendly environment for furthering knowledge and understanding about living with Dravet Syndrome.

Note: to ensure that parents/carers have the best opportunity to learn and meet with others at the conference we do restrict in-person attendance to parents/carers or other family/friends only.

Tickets are now on sale for our Parent/Carer Day Conference. Please book your place using the ticketing app below.

Please note that prices are discounted if you are attending the online event only; there is also an option for overseas attendees (scroll to see all options).
