Siblings Activities
Share our siblings video with your son or daughter so they know what to expect from our siblings activities and lunch.
Welcome to our Annual Family Weekend Away 2026 hub, for all families joining us from 12th – 15th June 2026 at Center Parcs, Sherwood Forest!
You may want to bookmark this page so you’ve got it handy for quick reference across the weekend.
A welcome pack will be available when you arrive to your booked lodge/accommodation, including a printed copy of the Medical Emergency Contact Details information and the full Itinerary for the weekend.
You may like to check out the Center Parcs accessibility hub here, which includes a social stories hub (step by step guides to many activities and facilities).
You can download the full itinerary of Dravet Syndrome UK activities here and you can view the Sherwood Forest map here.
A printed itinerary will be available in your lodge for you when you arrive on 12th June.
Though we hope they remain strictly on standby, for added peace of mind please be aware we have our own medical team and ambulance who will be onsite and contactable from 11.30am Friday 12th June to 11.30am Monday 15th June.
During these times, if you have a medical emergency and require the medical team’s assistance, please call the team on 07914 516 675.
You can also call our Family Support Manager, Teresa Finch, on 07429 265 394.
Please download and save our emergency contact details sheet here – you won’t receive a printed copy until you arrive into your lodge.
Center Parcs require a completed health & safety form to be filled in for each child and adult participating in the Laser Combat activity on the morning of Saturday 13th. This needs to be done in advance of the activity. Please click here to complete the form.
It’s really important that you please ensure you’ve filled in the media consent form before our weekend away so that we know your preferences for future sharing. You can also decline sharing consent on the form, so please fill it in either way!
While we won’t have a professional photographer with us this year, staff and volunteers will be taking photos and filming during the event, on their phones. We’d also love for you to share the photos you take with us, over on our Facebook group, so that we can share experiences and promote the event to more families in years to come.
If you’re a Facebook user and you haven’t yet joined, please request entry to the Facebook group here.
This is a great way to share your weekend with all the families joining us at Center Parcs.
