Access Ava

Part of our mission at DSUK is to empower families to understand their rights in order to get the support they need.

That’s why we are proud to be teaming up with Access Social Care, a charity specialising in legal advice for people with social care needs, to provide our community with access to the free online tool Access Ava. 

Access Ava is an online tool that helps you understand the law governing adult social care in England. With Access Ava, you can find out about your rights and those of your family member, and complete template letters developed by expert lawyers. It can be used by parent/carers residing in England who care for an adult living with Dravet Syndrome, age 18+.
