Seizure Monitor Fund

With thanks to our hard-working suppliers, we are still able to offer our full range of seizure monitors throughout the COVID-19 outbreak.

Now more than ever we know how important these monitors are to families, alerting them to seizures as well as monitoring sats (oxygen saturation levels), which can be of particular concern if someone becomes unwell with COVID-19.

As with our other assistance programmes, our Seizure Monitor Fund is not means tested, but parents/carers do need to provide a letter confirming a diagnosis of Dravet Syndrome.  Families who have previously applied for a seizure monitor from DSUK are eligible to re-apply after 5 years, with the option of a repair or replacement if needed before then.
