The details
Delamere forest is a shady oasis in the midst of the agricultural landscape of the Cheshire Plain. South-west of Manchester, it is a place to escape the crowds and enjoy the trails through the heart of the forest. With three distances available, you'll starting and finish at Delamere Forest visitor centre. The race will take you deep into the forest, around the Blakemere Moss, along the Sandstone Trail, and up Old Pale Hill for panoramic views of the Cheshire countryside.
Accessible by its very own train station, you’ll find easy-going trails for all abilities, perfect for experienced and first time trail racers alike.

How to book your place with Team Dravet
To confirm your place with Team Dravet at the Delamere Trails 10K, Half-Marathon or Marathon, you will need to purchase a ticket using the Ticket Tailor app below. A standard entry ticket to this event costs £26+.
You can choose to either;
1) Register with a self funding place
Register for the 10K here, half marathon here or full marathon here, through our event partner, Run for Charity, and pay the entry fee + booking fee, to cover the full cost of your entry fee. You won't have a minimum fundraising target to aim for, but we'll be pleased to receive any donations you raise.
2) Register with a fundraising place
Register below using the Ticket Tailor app and pay £15 (10K), £25 (half marathon) or (£30 marathon) to cover a contribution towards your entry fee. Dravet Syndrome UK will fund the rest of the entry fee for you. By registering using this option you are agreeing to fundraise at least £100 (10K) £200 (half marathon) or £300 (marathon) for Dravet Syndrome UK and we'll require you to have set up your JustGiving page and begin your fundraising before the entry deadline of 24th October 2024.
Please note that your fundraising place is not confirmed until you have completed a form with our event partners, Run for Charity. Our Fundraising Coordinator, Linzi, will be in touch with all the details of this, to the email address you provide when registering. Your place includes a free fundraising pack and running top.
