The full 31-day, Every Day in May 4 Dravet Challenge

Supporter Tats Ward, was inspired to set up the #EveryDayinMay4Dravet challenge in 2021 when she was unable to visit her seven-year-old nephew, Dominic, who lives with Dravet Syndrome, in hospital during the COVID lockdowns. Since 2021 the challenge has grown tremendously, from 40 participants that first year, to 280 amazing adults and children taking part in 2023 where a phenomenal £85,000 was raised, helping us to support more families, educate more professionals and fund more research.

This year, Tats is on a mission to go bigger and better, to raise even more funds and awareness of Dravet Syndrome. While the challenge is undoubtedly a tough one, the team, led by Tats, will provide you with tons of encouragement, motivation and help you to keep your energy levels up throughout the whole month. The challenge is to cover 5km or 2km each and every day in the month of May. You can do that at whatever time of day you like, and however you like - mix it up by walking the dog one day and cycling the next, or run every single day - however you do it, you're very welcome to this epic team of incredible supporters around the globe.
